Do you deliver to ‘XYZ’ location in NSW & VIC?
Wherever you are in NSW & VIC, we can deliver to you. We have scheduled runs planned throughout the year, and we will deliver to you based on the closest run passing your location. You can view our pre-planned 12-month delivery schedule for all of NSW & VIC.
Do you use third-party contractors?
No, for all freight in NSW & VIC, we use our own vehicles and drivers to load and deliver your items to their destination.
How do you ensure the safe and secure transportation of my freight?
We take the safe and secure transportation of your freight very seriously. We have a team of experienced and qualified drivers trained in safely handling and transporting sensitive cargo. We also use a variety of security measures to protect your freight, including:

What are your rates?
Our rates are competitive and depend on the size and weight of your freight, the distance it needs to be transported, and the level of security required.
How do I book a shipment?
You can book a shipment online or by email info@skanners.com.au . We do require all bookings in writing.
What are your payment terms?
We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.
Are your services insured?
As per our terms of trade, we offer a fully insured from collection to delivery.
Will I be contacted prior to delivery?
We contact customers 1 hour prior to all deliveries as standard. For regional deliveries, we will also call the day prior.
